To counter debates concerning the practice of FDI today, objective and dialectical analysis of the active impact of FDI on foreign trade and existing problems should be called. Grasping the opportunity of international industry transference and embracing the tides, sticking to the policy of conducting high quality and expanded utilization of foreign capital, optimizing the strategic structure of foreign trade and steering industrial structure adjustment by attracting foreign capital with beneficiary policies. Recognizing existing problems, objectively adjusting and innovating policies, complementing legal system in order to achieve most optimal result of FDI.
