Along with the rapid economic development, accompanied by the deterioration of the ecological environment and the depletion of natural resources, such as energy crisis, deforestation, desertification, the greenhouse effect. In accordance with the requirements of research and exploitation, should develop cleaner production technologies, adjustment of product structure, integrated development, the use of coal, deputy resources, should reduce waste emissions, waste water, improve land reclamation. Promote the coal processing, the conversion of new technologies, economic cycle so that the coal industry can be on a sustainable development path.Xinwen Mining Group is jointly published by the State Development and Reform Commission and other ministries and to be one of the"Recycle economy experimental unit".
