With the progress of human society, science and technology also develops greatly from day to day. Nowadays, the world already enters a brand-new time--- a knowledge-based economical time, and science and technology becomes the primary productive force. And it is especially important for the high-tech enterprises to righteously evaluate their human resources.Based on human resources evaluating assessment theory and study method, the main purpose of this paper is attempting to carry out analysis on our enterprises in China, to enrich our country human resources value assessment on this account, to perfect our country enterprises human resources value assessment method applying on high-tech enterprises , and provides direction and the basis to human resources value assessment practice.Based on correlative documents' introduction and estimation, the study adopt the theory study with investigation study, the criterion study combining case, the qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to accomplish several following aspect jobs:First, introduced value assessment relevance concept and fundamental theory about human resources value, summed up currently human resources value assessment method, analyzed and estimated them. Second, analyzed our country enterprises applying high and new technology human resources current situation and necessity and feasibility to be value assessment, brought forward the strategy significance for the high-tech enterprises to value it. At last, united concrete conditions about our country high-tech enterprises, based on real options theory, the paper designed options price assessment model and used it on one high-tech enterprise, assessed its human resources value and compared with tradition method, verified rationality and operation of this model.The innovation of the study is embodied mainly in: using real options theory in human resources value assessment, offsetting some factors that were not sufficiently considered in tradition human resources value assessment model, such as agility, making high and new technology enterprises human resources value estimating more nicety and in reason.Since the studies of our country human resources value assessment is in starting phase at present, the research will have important drawing lessons and guiding significance to build our country human resources theory and method system, at the same time, value assessment brought forward by this paper is based on real options theory, it will provide a feasible method for the high-tech enterprises human resources value estimating.
