Controlling Mechanism And Strategy Of Circular Agriculture Based On LCA

For long time,the agriculture economy is in a traditional way which is increasing in our country unrestrainly. The pressure of the population, resources and environment is increasing day by day. The traditional way of our economy increasing potential is reached its extreme limit. How can we find a new economy increasing way to realize the sustainable development of the agriculture economy is a important mission for us.On the one hand, if we want to carry on the agriculture production, we want both to improve the agriculture environment continuously ,and to protect well and make use of the agriculture resources environment, to make the agriculture economy more prosperously and to promote the village development more completely, it means we must to insist the economic system of village, ecosystem environment system, and social system to develop harmoniously, to insist the policy of sustainable development of the agriculture, and establish the circular agriculture way. On the other hand, the production line of the agricultural product is similar to the production line of the industry product. Both of them have the same resources and environment problems. If we want both to protect the agriculture resources and environments and to realize the sustainable development of the agriculture, we need to carry on the agriculture production with raising the using efficiency of the agriculture resource and environment efficiency. Therefore, that to implement the study of circular agriculture LCA (Life Cycle Assesment ) have important realistic meanings for carrying out the strategy of sustainable development of the agriculture and to protect the ecosystem environment. Therefore, the paper carried out the study of circular agriculture circulate mechanism, and put forward the frame of circular agriculture LCA technique system and the basic model of the evaluate system based on it. At last , the paper combined the condition of Jilin province, put forward the circular agriculture basic mode of Jilin province which is based on the LCA and the counter plan suggestion.The paper is divided into five chapters as follows:Chapter one is introduction. This chapter expatiates on the motive and significance, introduces the status of the domestic and foreign research, confirms the technology route, structure and main content of this paper. We emphasize adopted the form of the overview to introduce the circular agriculture, and LCA , because they are theoretic foundation of researching.Chapter two is circular agriculture system structure and the research of circulate mechanism. This chapter introduced the concept and the characteristic of the circulating agriculture systematically(including feedback process of circular agriculture,3R principle, circulating layer),and through related theories of the economic controlling theory and the system theory, and analyzed circular agriculture system structure and the research of circulate mechanism deeply including circular agriculture system and its son system layer analysis, structure function analysis, factor analysis, the function mechanism analysis etc..Chapter three is the research of evaluate the theories and technique systems of circular agriculture LCA. In this chapter , the writer analyzed the whole life cycle process and its influence to environment functions of the circular agriculture through life cycle theories, and gave the concept of circular agriculture life cycle assessment theories and characteristics, and summary the agriculture LCA technique system theories which have already been existed, and put forward the form of circular agriculture LCA technique system(including: the target definition , the scope definition, the detailed list analysis of circular agriculture life cycle economy , the environment influencing evaluation, improving evaluation and the life cycle explanation),and finally the writer comprehensive the economic performance of the agriculture life cycle analysis and the environment analysis of each stage put forward the structure system of the circular agriculture life cycle assessment.Chapter four is circular economy mode investigate of Jilin province which is based on LCA. In this chapter , the writer put forward the view that the circular agriculture is the upgrade of the modern normal regulations agriculture and circular economy is the basic mode of the sustainable development of the agriculture. The writer combined the condition of Jilin province, and put forward the circular agriculture basic mode of Jilin province which is based on the LCA and the counter plan suggestion.Finally, the writer draws the main creating points of the paper and presents the main direction and the field which should be studied in the future.
