The Study Of Chinese Small And Medium-sized High-tech Start-up Environmental Evolution

This paper is a part of project sponsored by China soft science: the system research and design of entrepreneurship supporting environment for small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, mainly study the entrepreneurship environment for Chinese small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises.The entrepreneurship environment for Chinese small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises has its evolutionary regulation, it change by the time. First, this paper explains the background, application and current domestic and international research on this topic; second, summarize on small and medium-sized high-tech enterprises, both the definition and characteristics of start-ups and the requirement of start-up. We studied the three components of such requirement, technical resources, capital resources and human resources. Third, we use data envelopment analysis, factor analysis and structural equation model to took a empirical study. At last is the research conclusions.This thesis is divided into five parts:Chapter 1 is an introduction. This chapter explains the background, application and current domestic and international research on this topic. It also explains the study content and methods used.Chapter 2, the definition and characteristics of the requirement of start-up.
