In recent years, With the fast development of private economic, the problem of labor relation in private enterprises have continuously exposed. but now the theories about labor relation are too general and are short of pertinence .In order to perfect the theories, the paper restrict the research object on Private Woodworking Enterprises of JiLin province. using this research to refine the influencing factors of labor relation, perfect the theory.The paper based on the correlative literature, establish interview compendium. From three aspect to research, which are the worker's employment and the wage condition, the work environment and the protected condition, the worker's democracy participation degree and enterprises'development situation. worker's employment and the wage condition include: labor contract condition, training condition and the wage condition; work environment and the protected condition include: working condition, operating time and social security situation. worker's democracy participation degree and enterprises'development situation include: Worker's democracy participation degree, enterprise economic efficiency and enterprise culture then based on the interview compendium to interview the 54 employees in 6 Private Enterprises of JiLin Province, obtain the first-hand data. using abundant first-hand data to analyze the three aspects below, and analyze the idiographic influence on the labor relation in Private Enterprises of JiLin Province.From the interview , the three aspect employment and the wage condition, the work environment and the protected condition, the worker's democracy participation degree and enterprises'development situation together influence the labor relation in Private Enterprises of JiLin Province. The condition basically turn up trumps, but the factors also have some problems, for example, some enterprises did not sign collective contract with employees; some enterprises default the employees'wage; overtime work is common and have no call-back pay; the safe situation for the staff is also not perfect, none enterprise participate the birth insurance for the female workers; the work condition and the training are also need to improved, the employee's democracy participation is not enough. In addition, not only the factors below influence the labor relation, the informal organization and the administrant way also influence the labor relation.The reason bring on the problems are:1.The private enterprises'greedy during the period that the capital is accumulating. some owners only pursue the benefit maximization and cost minimum, they does not hesitate to harm the workers'right to reduce the cost, earn the surplus value.2.The workers lack the law consciousness. becaue most of private enterprises'workers literacy is low and do not know how to use the low to protect themselves.Now more and more private enterprises owners have already recognized the labor relation is important for the development of enterprises, and they take some methods to improve the labor relation. Establish the harmonious labor relation in private enterprise, the enterprises should pay attention to the workers'basic interest, The author thought the establishment harmonious private enterprise labor relations, needs the enterprise and the worker joint effort. As the enterprises they should:1. Pays attention to staff's basic interest practically2.Establish the communication platform with the trade union3.Establish the good enterprise culture.As the workers, they should1.Improve their quality;2. strengthen the law consciousness.3.understand to take up the law as the weapon to protect their interests and rights.
