Risk Analysis And Countermeasure Research Of Our Nation's Consumption Credit

China's economy has transited basically from seller's market to buyer's market at present, then the not enough effective demand has become the focused question of China's economy. Under this background, the consumption credit, as a brand-new consumption pattern and credit channel, causes the concerns in many ways of the government, bank, enterprise and residents. However, with the constant enlargement of the scale of consumption credit, the risks and questions of consumption credit reveal out gradually and the credit risks question has already been exposed, arousing the attention from concerned department. This requires us to systematically study the reason why the risk of the consumption credit appears, to improve the design of the consumption credit agreement and to find out the countermeasure of evading the risk.This text describes from four respects: In chapter one analyse the current situation of consumption credit line development of our country from quantity and structure. In chapter two, carry on certain summarization and exploration of the consumption credit theory, and point out that the information asymmetry is the base of producing the risk of credit. In chapter three through analysing the consumption credit system of our country and the risk management state, point out the potential risk of the consumption credit of our country; In chapter four describe the risk control strategy of the outside market of the consumption credit and risk control strategy inside the commercial bank, in order to try the best to dispel the systemic risk caused by macroeconomy environment, defaulting risk arising from customer's factor and the decision risk and operation risk from bank itself, and then to realize the purpose to ensure the sound development of the consumption credit of commercial bank.
