In the fierce market competition, and business development and splendor brand is the key factor in the success or failure of the war business decision. Modern economic competitiveness, in a sense, is the brand competition. Brand is the life and the core. The overall quality of enterprise performance.In the market to achieve sustainable development, one solution is to build a strong brand. Many foreign companies have successfully established a world-renowned brand, domestic enterprises have started to have a keen interest in brand building. This interest in the cause and partly because we have seen how the power of the world's most powerful brands noon; partly because we are more serious strategic thinking, long-term vision to look at the development of enterprises.This paper introduced the first foreign brand development, brand management analysis of the current situation and problems from a large number of strong brands explore the creation and development of the brand strategy for China's enterprises. others use the advanced experience and theoretical : Kotler Marketing theory, modern integrated marketing. and the current number of successful brand building our case, Bo U.S. companies targeting the current situation, to the development and growth of enterprises and foreign enterprises to compete, we must follow the road of building brands. brought out a number of proposals.The results of the analysis, this paper unique to see that kind of dominant pattern that if they do not strengthen the brand, the impact of foreign brands face strong that the market will be a day in the near and regroup, the strong victory the weak will disappear.In addition, the combined company's U.S. operations Bo made some improvements, brand building approach : (1) seize the brand positioning task to meet the changing needs of customers, (2) recognized brands such as design, to meet customer demand for high-level focus on demand; (3) the maintenance and expansion of brands such as should a new way of thinking.
