Since always, theoretical research and practice for brand focused mainly is the general consumer. Brands of industrial products get lower attention. But along with the further standardize market order, brand in industrial goods purchase decisions will play a more and more important influence, industrial brand more and more attention. And this time, D company will 2010 location for the company's brand, in order to first from industrial products began to develop own-brand, and constantly improve own-brand marketing share. This paper take the D group brand strategy as the object of study, through theconsult massive literature material, conducting market research and other methods of domestic and foreign trade situation and internal environment for the conduct of strategic analysis demonstrated that the enterprise implements the brand strategy necessity and significance. On the brand and brand strategy theory based on the in-depth study, combined with modern theory of brand new trend, the D group company manages development current situation undertook relevant analysis, on the basis of the development of brand strategy of macro environment, industry environment, competition environment, the internal resources of enterprises has done a detailed analysis, finally through the SWOT analysis of D group's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats, brand strategy formulation and implementation provides a basis. First identify the brand strategy of the basic principles and steps, and from the quality, distributor and solutions from several aspects such as the formulation of D group brand development strategy. Finally, from the above aspects, proposed D Corporation to implement brand strategy related suggestions and measures.Hope that through this research on D company's brand development to provide useful help, but also hope to provide some reference for the domestic related industry.
