Research On Joint Procurement Strategy Of Manufacturing Enterprises In Electronic Business

With the development of business globalization and networked, the competition in the market becomes more and more fierce, manufacturing enterprises are faced to the pressure of shortening delivery time, increasing product quality, decreasing manufacturing cost, and improving service. Procurement management plays an important role in enterprise's management. However the new market environment and the changes of enterprise management mode challenge the procurement management a lot. The procurement management mode doesn't accommodate to the enterprises' demand. The rapid development of information technology promotes the implement of longitudinal and transverse information share and knowledge cooperation upon supply chain. Joint procurement is going to be the applied model in electronic business among enterprises, which is helpful for enlarging procuring scale, reducing procuring cost, and making the enterprises more competitive. This paper makes deep research on joint procurement strategy of manufacturing enterprises in electronic business.The paper firstly gives the conception of electronic business, procurement and joint procurement, the introduction of the advantages and disadvantages of joint procurement, as well as the analysis on joint procurement's feasibility of manufacturing enterprises. The current development and main problems are concluded referring to the manufacturing enterprises' joint procurement in our country, and the countermeasures are provided to change the present condition of manufacturing enterprises' joint procurement.In order to apply joint procurement strategy in manufacturing enterprises, the basic form, steps for implement and key factors of joint procurement are introduced in this thesis, and its running mechanism is expatiated too. The operation flows and function modules of joint procurement system are designed. The joint procurement's venture and how to keep it away are discussed. Then the partners' evaluation index system of joint procurement is established, the partners selection is researched through fuzzy evaluation method. The order quantity and separating cost of joint procurement are researched too. In the end, the joint procurement's functional benefits are shown through the analysis on case.
