Research On The Risk Of Enterprise Transformation

Transformation is a strategic choice during the development of enterprises, and it is an important method for enterprises to keep continuous development or overcome recession and to acquire competitive advantage. After access to WTO, the struggle for existence is aggravated day by day. The evolving process of the domestic and foreign environments forms an enormous challenge to an enterprise. The transformation for an enterprise is suffering from the crucial moment. Although the transformation brings opportunities, it may bring some huge risks. However it is possible to take some measures to lessen the risk during transformation decision—making, such as identifying risk factors, analyzing the impact processes of risk factor and judging the possibility of the risk.The study on enterprise transformation risk is aimed to how to discern and evaluate the risk, and furthermore increase the capacity which the enterprises face the transformation risk. The paper adopts many kinds of theories to study, acquires the newest information. The study result is brought to bear the practice, a material case is shown in the paper in order to afford a reference for transformation enterprises and prevent the risks of transformation effectively.The clews are as follows: Firstly, we summarized the enterprise transformation, for example, definition and character. Secondly, we pay emphases to explain the definition of the transformation risks, cause of formation, type and character. The form of enterprise transformation risks can divide into nine styles by induction. This paper deeply analyzes them by theory support; furthermore, it opens out the cause of formation of transformation risk from the objective and subjective facets. Thirdly, we respectively generalize the theory base, discerning procedure, and the discerning process of transformations risks, and then establish the index system of risk in enterprise transformation. Fourthly, we apply quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis to set up a model of discerning transformation risk by Fuzzy method. At last, to evade risks, we discuss some methods.
