Research On Project Risk Management Of Operation And Maintenance System By YD Design Institute

In recent years,the rise of all kinds of new technologies and new business has brought great opportunities for the communications construction.As the vanguard of the construction of the communications network,communication consulting and designing industryhas ushered in the rapid development of the boom.But under this rapid growth,potential business risks have begun to gradually appear,especially in the internal management,widespread management extensive,competitive ability and anti risk ability is not strong and so on.The traditional project risk management model has been unable to meet the needs of the Current industry management needs.In order to gain the advantage in the fierce market competition,the idea of project management is gradually applied to enterprises when most of the communication consulting firms are trying to find a new management model for the development of enterprises.Although the theory of project risk management becomes more and more mature,but the experience is too less to learn in theoretical research and practical application.So,researching on risk management of communication consulting design project and Identifying and avoiding risks and forming a dynamic risk management mechanism and model are the urgent demand of current communication consulting design enterprises.This article starts from the actual research of the enterprise,based on the theory of project management and project risk management,combined with the definition and characteristics of consulting design projects,then analyzes the current situation of risk management in consulting and design industry,and puts forward the problems of current risk management in consulting and design industry.In order to solve the current problems,a case of YD operation and maintenance system design project is introduced,and the risk management mode of consulting design project is analyzed.In the process of analysis,according to the six basic processes that include project risk management planning,risk identification,risk estimation,risk evaluation,risk response,risk monitoring and control,and use risk management methods such as method of brainstorming,cause and effect diagram,risk checklist,risk probability and impact assessment to display the whole process of project risk management.In this paper,the formation of the conclusion as follows: the project organization structure is an important guarantee for risk management;comprehensive risk management needs at least six steps,and continuous improvement;project in different stages of the life cycle have different risk.Risk analysis requires multiple perspectives and omnibearing directions.There are many ways to deal with risks,and the way of risk management is directly related to the final results of risk management.The general risk response is not a single way,but a combination of several ways.The research contents and results provide an operational risk management method and process for consulting and design units,which providereference for improving the management level of survey and design.
