In the modern business management, the human resources administration center status was more and more important. But, at present in our country human resources management the talented person selects, processes and so on assign, development has some problems. It causes our country many brain drains, or cannot select the useful talented person truly, is unable to realize enables each person to develop his talents, only then it uses. The human resources management question already becomes one of hot spot research questions now. This article uses the game theory to analysis several gambling question in our country human resources management process and proposed solves the question corresponding countermeasure.This article makes the brief introduction in the foundation in to the domestic and foreign related human resources management research results and game theory some basic concepts, including the game theory structure, the classification, the game theory history and the development as well as game theory close correlation Nash equilibrium and so on. It uses game theory and the method, union human resources characteristic, analyzes the research human resources management question from the enterprise interior and exterior, the main research work and the achievement are as follows:(1) Based on the game theory principle, this article carries on the research on the human resources question of the interior and exterior, described between the enterprise and the applicant, the enterprise owner and the professional manager, the enterprise and the enterprise, the enterprise and subcontractor gambling.(2) Uses the reversion choice theory, this article analyzed the phenomenon of the reversion choice appearing in the employment advertise process of the enterprise, and the reason as well as solves this question countermeasure. (3) in to prestige model description and in the analysis foundation, This article has made the detailed analysis to this model in the professional manager's achievements management application, and proposed should establish the professional manager prestige management mechanism as well as the concrete establishment measure as soon as possible.(4) There has gambling between the enterprise when advertises for the high level talented person. How to wins in this gambling? It must act according to the enterprise's the special details and the superiority, formulates the corresponding employment advertise strategy. If the enterprise is in the position in the same profession which ranks among the best, that salary should not be the high level talented person most regards as important, instead is it in enterprise's occupation prospects for development and whether adapts aspect the and so on enterprise culture questions to be nicer.(5) Regarding the enterprise and between human resources management subcontractor gambling, This article have carried on the analysis by used the enterprise surveillance and the enterprise drove two models separately.
