Being in knowledge and economic times of 21 century, human resource is directely the key strategy resource in consisting of enterprises core competition. Performance appraising play an important role in appraising ,encouraging employee and enhancing enterprises vigour and competition. Besides, Performance measurement is a very important part and a core content of corporation's human resource management. It is a very important issue of human resource management's performance measurement, how to equally and exactly evaluate employees performance. It is also very realistic for modern corporations that, by researching corporations and designing performance measurement systems or modes which are suitable for the particular corporations, corporations can promote the level of HR management and the general management of themselves, and can improve their competition.Middle managers are the important position in enterprises who are supporting up and leading down.They also grasp lots of imformation and possess influence.As managers who impuse organization work and implement policy.They take a special responsibility in enterprises running.Thus,the examination which enterprises check the performance appraising and capability will be the key of enterprises position appraise. This article firstly track back to performance appraising theory of human resources,such as concept of performance appraising ,the aim of performance appraising,check rule, appraising meaning and check system.I have a deep knowledge and understanding.Thus it will lay the groundwork for the article supplyment.secondly,contrasting appraising system of domestic and outside famous enterprises,joining together with making inquiry with present statement in Yingkao 1td company and performance enterprises system,we find question and insufficience which lay the ground work for pratical supplyment.Finally,I design a 360 degree appraising method which are directed for middle manager by the factual statement in ying kao 1td company.The application value of this research rest with it could help enterprise know the primary question in human appraisal now;I hope this article will have some theory meaning and use for reference in the performance appraising envaluation of human resources in middle-small scale enterprises of our countury.
