With the knowledge economy coming, HR is becoming more and more important in the existence and development of the enterprise. According to the objective law,the development of the enterprise must make HR's supply in keeping with its strategic development. But on the contracy ,the operation of the enterpoise practisely does not comply. So the contradiction of HR's supply and demand is becoming a key restricted factor to the development and the research on HR management of enterprise's has becoming more and more important.The study is based on the theory of HR and takes XZ Company as an example.The mainly research is focused on the dynamic strategy planning model of enterprise's HR. In order to find the reality and the reasons behind the management of HR, some scientical and technical ways such as Interview,Investigation,Colleting data were taken by me. After that,I put forward the HR management of XZ Company. The creavity model integrate the technology of dynamic strategic HR planning and the analysis,forcasting on the demand and supply of the company. At last, how to deal with and what measures should be taken were made up .At the same time I pointed out some key procedures when the planning were come true.The whole article stands on the enterprise's realist, provided the oriented and practiced the dynamic strategic planning model of enterprise's human recourse by the related theoried, aimed at promoting the enterprise's response ability about outer HR demand, realizing the HR distribution optimizing management so as to improve the enterprise's better development.
