The resources of people, funds, goods, information are shared and used fully, thereby to improve efficiency, accelerate cash flow, reduce costs and meet customer demands, enhance enterprise competitive power at the same time.Subsequently, the dissertation used a large chapter to describe the research of project management in the Integrated Management System of L Company of Shanghai, particularly introduced the scope of management, quality management, human resource management techniques and methods which are used in the management. Meanwhile, the dissertation also cited some specific cases, including some error-case of project management, and further reflects the understanding application of project management.Finally, the summary dissertation stated the purpose of this research that: project management is an indispensable guarantee of the project implementation.
