The Research About How To Perfect Anti-Money Laundering Mechanism Of The Chinese Financial Industry

The money laundering crimes have become the hotspot and focusissue in the world. Many countries in the world highly emphasize thefunction of the financial institutions in anti-money laundering byestablishing laws and strengthening the financial supervision. China's anti-money laundering mechanism still has its defects in many aspects.It is very emergent and necessary for china to establish and perfect theanti-money laundering mechanism in financial system.Based on the analysis of the successful experience in othercountries and international organizations, this thesis tries to held adiscussion on the insufficiency in practice and on how to promote theanti-money laundering mechanism in china both from the aspects of juristicand economics. The third part first introducesthe practice course of the anti-money laundering mechanism of the Chinesefinancial industry. Then analyzes its insufficiency and limitation. Inthe forth part, the author puts forward the design of the idiographicanti-money laundering mechanism of the Chinese financial industryaccording to the experience of the global environment.
