Investors and publishers are the most important main bodies of the stock market, therefore, establishing good communication and trust relations between them is the basis of a healthy developing stock market and the important work to construct stock market. In recent years, supervising bureaus gradually raise the attention on protecting the rights and interests of investors, especially medium and small investors, in the mean while, investors' consciousness of protecting their own rights and interests are also growing. And with the launch and further development of equity division reform of stock-limited companies, more and more stock-limited companies realizing the importance of bilateral communication during the decision and implementation of major events, begin to study communication strategy suitable for themselves, establish communication systems to perform effective management of communication activities.Major events communication management of stock-limited companies are the activities of, by means of sufficient information release, centering on certain major event's decision and implementation of stock-limited company, related information issuance, information feedback and treatments. The purpose of the activities is to achieve consent of stock-limited companies' major decisions and support of the implementation of major events of stock-limited companies from supervising bureaus and the public (especially investors and potential investors) on the basis of fully understanding. This thesis based on author's working experience, combing with communication management theory of project management, by means of analyzing the case of G company's communication management of equity division reform, puts forward the common pattern of major event communication management of stock-limited companies, which is, communication demand analysis centering on fulfilling investors' communication demands, compound communication channel of wheel+chain pattern centering on stock-limited companies and communication process management centering on communication program. Also in this thesis, the author puts forward his own opinions and suggestions on the watchful items during the exercise of this pattern so as to be used for reference of effective management of stock-limited companies' bilateral communication.
