A Study On The Radio Security Guarantee Of Major Events

In the information age,radio technology has been widely used in various fields of social production and social life,which has a significant bearing on social stability,national security,individual privacy and so on.Radio technology plays a more and more important role in dealing with major events,natural disasters,the organization and command as well as emergency handling measures of unexpected public accidents.However,due to its openness and importance,radio can be easily disturbed and damaged;moreover,there are not enough theoretical research and system construction on radio management in our country.As a result,it is of great practical and strategic importance to make an in-depth study on radio safety guarantee of major events.In the first chapter,the present study investigates the related notions of radio safety guarantee as well as some fundamental theories of radio management,such as risk management,crisis administration,system management,emergency management and so on;it also analyzes the classification,characteristics,principles,management measures as well as applications of radio security guarantee.In the second chapter,it illustrates the radio safety control of the Commemoration of the 70 th Anniversary of the Victory of the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the World Anti-fascist War from the perspectives of guarantee characteristics,project design,task establishment and guarantee effect.In the third chapter,along with the case study,it points out the problems existing in the radio safety guarantee of our country in terms of institutional system,talent team,service platform,technical equipment and network construction.In the last chapter,based on the fundamental theories of radio management,from the dimensions of management and technology,it focuses on analyzing the institutional mechanism,legal system construction,work basis,management system,system construction and emergency network in building the work system and security mechanism of radio management used in major events,aiming to provide theoretical support and working formula for the radio safety guarantee in organizing and managing future major events.
