Marketing strategies is one of the main factors to affect corporate marketing effect .To frame the correct marketing strategies is mainly based on accurate grasp of consumer behavior & consumer psychology .Consumer purchasing decision-making process is the key link to achieve accurate grasp of consumer behavior. The study of this article is focused on the analysis of the complexity and diversity on consumer purchasing decision-making process .And it uses Cluster analysis to classify the process.This study firstly analyses relationship of consumer purchasing decision-making, consumer behavior and consumer psychology .At the same time ,it analyses the five major theories of purchasing decision-making .And the article presents the aim of study through analysis of the general process about consumer purchasing .Then ,this paper uses the theory of consumer behavior and marketing research to conduct a market survey .Through the study , try to analyzing the complexity and diversity of process on consumer purchasing decision-making .The paper uses SPSS to analyzing the data and obtain some conclusions through the questionnaires .It concludes four different kinds of purchasing decision-making process .Finally ,the article put forward some marketing enlightenment through the result of market investigation to achieve the practical significance of the study .
