Rewarding system management, as an important tool to stimulate human capital to be actuated, is an important and difficult issue in human resource management. A reasonable and effective rewarding system is an effective method for companies to attract and satisfy talents and make talents work actively. But an improper rewarding system tends to bring destructive result to a company, making employees' behaviors astray from company's strategies. Therefore, how to design reasonable rewarding system scientifically and how to manage it is one of the core contents of company human resource management.This thesis discusses the definition of rewarding system according to the principles of whole rewarding system based on the practical development of rewarding system. By the comparative analysis between Balanced Five Channels and related six modern rewarding systems, this thesis discusses the necessity of Balanced Five Channels rewarding system and its advantages over six modern rewarding systems mentioned above.Based on the definition and structure of Balanced Five Channels rewarding system, this thesis in detail introduces the design mode, affecting factors, designing rule and designing steps of Balanced Five Channels rewarding system and what should be avoid when carried out, which contributes to companies. This thesis takes DZ printing factory for example, analyzing the designing and implementing process of Balanced Five Channels rewarding system combined with DZ printing Factory's practice, which is of reference value to companies.
