The current pay system of enterprise, in essence, is only realized the value of the distribution of the stock belonging to guaranteed allocation, and thus the lack of long-lasting stimulus,only the systems and mechanisms will be in the value of the inventory allocation and distribution of incremental value to combine in order to make enterprises have long-lasting dynamic mechanism, in order to truly realize the harmonious development of enterprise and its employees.This paper attempts a theoretical design of a complete set of enterprise pay system that is a strategic pay system in order to reach the goal of the compensation theory of innovation,while can solute a lot of fundamental problems of salary management.It makes research & analysis on theory basis,reality importance, building process& the expected results and evaluation of strategic rewarding system. By analyzing the shortcomings of traditional rewarding system and procedure of creation & allocation of company value, combined with the harmonious development of business and employee goals,This paper designed a complete corporate strategic rewarding system in theory.in the research method which is based on 100 companies as research object,using scientific research methods,this paper made a empirical study on present Rewarding System and summarized a lot of problems of the current rewarding system.This paper built a strategic rewarding system proposed by the overall outlook and framework from the practical, and adopting a "uniform design" RBF neural network and adaptive method of combining a strategic compensation system established evaluation model.Besides that, it also demonstrates concrete operation & measures in the example of Ding Chuang Corporation, while the expected results are analyzed and evaluation.Finally, it analyses the innovation & disadvantage. |
