Sugar industry is one of the main pillar industries in Guangx. Manydomestic sugar industries are traditional production-oriented enterprises, weekof technology strength, widespread problems with low management informationand production automation inside. Some sugar-refineries have implementedmanagement information and production automation, for example farm networkmanagement, sales management and some OA systems, but there are littlerelated reports about how to monitor, analyse and manage the state and qualityin the whole sugar-refinery process. So it is instant especially to develop a MISof quality analysis adapting to our country sugar-refinery.In this paper, it is mainly researched on the development technology andmethod of MIS of quality analysis in sugar-refinery process, and a universal thissystem adapting to our country sugar-refinery is developed in accordance withthe practical situations of our country sugar-refinery. It analyzes the structureand developing method of this MIS, researches on the implementation technology and proposes the introduction of the development process. Thesystem development abides by the requirements of software engineering, withall the files standard and complete. During the process of the development, wetake into consideration practicality as well as scientific principles. The system isdevelopment under a quick prototype method. First, the logic module of thesystem is established through the analysis of the business flow process and theinformation flow concerning productive enterprise of sugar-refinery; secondly,in light of the module, the system is set up including the design of the system'snetwork platform, developing tools, database, system code, software modules,system security, users interface and so on. Finally the prototype of the system isimplemented on the basis of the design. And the prototype becomes a productafter its evaluation and improvement.The mainly work and achievements of this paper are that through thosetechnologies of script engine, OLE Automation, data access and role-basedaccess control, this system can creates the charts expediently that are easy forusers to carry on the information analysis form their database; edit chemistryanalysis formulas expediently according to the changing needs of assay standard,assay formulas and assay needs, and consequently carry out the dynamicfunctions in chemistry analysis in sugar-refinery; describe a technology ofcreating dynamic reports based on the integration of script engine and OLEAutomation, which can customize script files and report templates neatly andimprove the convenience and agility in creating reports; provide the data access between this system and other MIS to give mutual information, and establish themodel of user-privilege management, in other to offer MIS a strong valid safetymanagement mechanism. Making reference to the dynamic functions in thechemistry analysis and report creating, this paper proposes some applicationforegrounds of application system based on dynamic language (script language)and static language (system language).
