As an unit of corporation , team is applied more and more wildly, so team performance is studied increasedly. Leader style and personality are regarded as a part of team composing which effect performance. Shared mental models which are the important part of team psychosocial traits, can explain the difference of team performance. So authors discussed the influence of leader style and personality at team level on shared mental models.On the base of correlative literature survey, authors builded 320 teams through local area network. To measure shared mental models, each team reached team's goal through a program. Using the methods of investigation, questionnaire survey, independent sampling t test, correlation analysis and regression analysis, we studyed the influence of leader style and personality at the team level on shared mental models and their influence on the team performance. The main results are as follows:First, relation-oriented leader style could predict shared mental models, team performance, contextual performance and task performance. And when the leader was relation-oriented, the team members preferred to represent extraversion and agreeableness.Second, agreeableness could predict shared mental models. Extraversion and agreeableness could predict contextual performance and conscientiousness could predict task performance.Third, shared mental models can predict team performance and didn't mediate the relationship between leader style and team performance.
