Study On Safety Shared Mental Model Of Mine Team

Shortage of coal mine safety sharing mental models is one of the important factors, leadingto team unsafe behavior, which seriously affect the team working behavior of coordination, leadto the team safety accident frequency. The paper analysis the plasticity of coal mine team safetysharing mental models using constructivism learning theory, based on the discuss of team safetyshared mental models’ connotation and formation mechanism. By Da an mountain coal mineteams as research object, through reorganization documents, key event interview, draw up theteam safety shared mental models and safety performance questionnaire. Stratified sampling andrandom sampling are adopted together,312miners complete eligible questionnaires. Hypothesismodel is tested through structural equation model. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Team safety shared mental models pattern questionnaire was established. Questionnairepreparation based on coal mine team safety shared mental models, which includes safety values,workers mutual understanding, team communication model, team safety standards. Thequestionnaire has high reliability and validity and can be used to measure team safety sharedmental models.(2) Relationship model of team safety shared mental models and team safety performancewas build. It has some explanatory power. Shared mental models theory has certain applicabilityfor research on team safety performance. Safety values, workers mutual understanding, teamcommunication model and team safety standards have significantly directly affected team safetybehaviors of participation and obedience.(3) Shaping strategy of coal mine safety team shared mental model was proposed. Perfectthe coal mine team safety sharing mental models by two stages, which include team membersself safety mental models shape and team shared mental models shape. Team members selfsafety mental models shape include four aspects: inquire, reflecting, perfect and curing. Teamsafety mental models shape includes Depth exchange, security situation planning, cross-trainingand other methods.(4) Behavior safety management method was presented to steady team security sharedmental models. Through the analysis of principles and working mechanisms of behavior safetymanagement, the implementation process of BBS in the coal mines was designed: preparationstage of evaluating enterprise security behavior situation and making safety behaviorimprovement goals; behavioral safety observation stage of observing and recording observed data based on behavior safety observation table; intervention and feedback stage of correctingthe miners’ unsafe behavior and rewarding according to the analysis result. Behavior safetymanagement security mechanism was presented, which includes perfect behavior safetymanagement system, improve behavior assessment system and incentive mechanism, completebehavior safety training system.
