Research On Logistics Information System And Inventory Decision Suport Of Manufacture Enterprise

With the development of the information technology and the progress of scienceeconomy, the enterprises faced with shorten the cycle of delivery, improve the qualityand serves, and reduce the cost. Building the logistics management informationsystem may eliminate the information isolated island in the supply chain, enhancesthe work efficiency, coordinates the work in the various departments. Introduce theInventory Decision Support System (IDSS) to the management process in theenterprise can fully excavate and use the scattered information which is formed in thepast. The establishment of logistics decision mechanism and inventory decisionmodel ,can effectively solved the half structure and the non- structure questionswhich can be met in the inventory management.This thesis first introduces the research background and significance, analyzethe domestic and foreign present research state and the development tendency ofenterprise logistics management and the logistics management informationsystem.Then points out this thesis main research content. The second chapter mainlyincludes the method of ABC classification and the inventory control model. Finally,this thesis describes the concept, characteristic, and system structure of the DSS.After that, this thesis in the foundation of operation investigation and analysis ofstorage, purchase and sales, designes logistics information system according to thesoftware engineering thought.This information system takes storage management as acore, basically realizes the function of receiving,dispatching and storagingmanagement of material ,promotes the department's communication of warehouse,purchase, sale and finance.In the foundation of analysis and design of logistics information system,this hasstudied the inventory management correlated theory and the model, used the principalcomponent analytical method to appraise the importance of the material, and take theenterprise norstar as the example, thus makes the improvement of the traditional ABCclassification method. According to the appraisal result, this thesis also establishesinventory control models which are suited to the different type of materials. In the inventory decision support system, this thesis uses the appraisal model and theinventory control model which is based on the principal component analytical method,and integrates the logistics information system to discuss the design of inventorymanagement decision support system.
