With the acceleration of waste household appliances' upgrading,the change of people's consumption concept,and the improvement of people's environmental awareness,the quantity of waste household appliances has been increased sharply,the quality is uneven,and the renewable appliances sells like hot cakes.To implement environmental protection objectives,improve the economic efficiency,and establish a good corporate image,enterprises reduce the cost in recycling by improving the reverse logistics recycling network and promoting remanufacturing abilities.In this paper,a reverse logistics inventory control strategy,which considers the waste part reusing,is put forward to research inventory cost,treatment cost,and promotion cost of waste household appliances,and construct a math model and a discrete simulation model,which contains household appliances storage,remanufacturing,resale,and part reusing,procurement.Firstly,based on the characteristics of household appliances inventory,the TPL reverse logistics inventory control model is established,which contains three inventory(Recycling Inventory,New Productions Inventory,and Part Inventory).Then get the relationship between the total cycle cost and parameters through the mathematic calculation.Then,control logic of the TPL reverse logistics inventory control model is analyzed,and a discrete simulation model is established by the software Arena,which has four sub models(Recycling Inventory,New Productions Inventory,Part Inventory,and Control Logic).Then combined with the actual case,different simulation schemes are designed.Finally,with the analysis of the simulation results and the characteristic parameters,the key factors of the model are found out.Finally,the management information system of waste household appliances recycling is developed to realize the tracking of waste household appliances recycling process and the accumulation of raw data effectively.Three modules(Information Input,Inventory Information Management,and Users Information Management)are designed to consumers,recycling and management authorities,and the actual database provides the effective reference data for the theoretical researchers and the policy makers.
