The Research On The Relationship Between The Intelligence Capital Of Listed Company Of Our Country And Enterprise's Performance

In the knowledge economy time, knowledge is gradually replacing traditional factors of production, namely capital, labor and land, as the chief resource for enterprise development. Intellectual capital management, the knowledge importantly influencing enterprise's value creation, undoubtedly plays a key role in enterprise's value promotion. The intelligence capital, one of the three big thoughts which took fundamentally change the organization movement pattern, has already caused now on more and more international enterprises, the scientific research institution and the international organization's attention.In the new economical time, the intelligence capital has more and more important influence as the enterprise important capital to the enterprise achievements. The good intelligence capital control system can bring the positive influence to the enterprise achievements. To make the best use intellectual capital to create value and enhance the enterprise achievements, it is important to study empirically on relationship between intellectual capital and firm performance. Therefore, this article has further studied the intelligence capital and the enterprise achievements direct relations as well as how the interactions of the components of intellectual capital affect firm performance.This article take studies the intelligence capital and the enterprise achievements relations as a subject, divides five chapters of contents to perform to this subject to study. The first chapter introduced the article research background, and advanced this article research question, the research content and the research frame. Second chapter systematically narrated and commented the intelligence capital related theory in the literature research foundation as well as domestic and foreign the research which relates about between the intelligence capital and the enterprise achievements. Third chapter summarizes in the preceding chapter of theory in the foundation, separately selected the intelligence increment method of correlates (VAIC) to take the intelligence capital the appraisal method, as well as enterprise achievements overall target F which constructed using the factor analysis method took the enterprise achievements the substitution target, laid the foundation for the following data statistical analysis. After that in the fourth chapter, this article is selecting our country electronic information technology profession to go on the market the company data is the sample, proposed in appraisal method each target by the third chapter to construct two models, utilized SPSS statistics software, has carried on the real diagnosis analysis to between the intelligence capital and the enterprise achievements relations. But in last the chapter, this article has carried on the summary to the real diagnosis research process, and had pointed out this research significance and the existence insufficiency, and pointed out further studies direction.
