Study On Industrialization Development Of Corn In Jilin Province

Jilin province is one of China's important regional economic development regions. One of 13 major grain-producing areas, an important commodity grain base. As Jilin Province is located in one of the three top areas where corn can grow best. 80% of the province's farmers, over 61% of available land is used to plant corn. Corn output accounting for more than 80% of total grain output. In Jilin grain basically means the corn. It is of great significance to study the development of making corn economy industrialized. In the traditional industry classification, corn planting is the primary industry, the secondary industry is corn processing industry. Trade of corn belongs to the service industry. According to this division, corn industrial chain of cultivation, purchase, sale, transfer, retention, increase in the fragmented state. And it is difficult to plant corn and sell corn for the farmers. So it is with the state to buy and save the corn. From the last century , the great harvest of corns makes the price down and farmers are not glad to plant corns which have an negative effects on the development of Jilin province. Authorities focus on food consumed by the starting point for the development of corn processing industries, animal husbandry, to take the initiative in bringing the industrial production of maize as a chain link in the chain, for the purpose of industrial development, turn the grain into industrial raw materials to seek a way out. Industrialization started thinking to solve agricultural issues. Thus, the content of corn industry should be redefined. Although corn industrialization development has made some progress, in some ways of building a well-off society and the overall goal has yet to meet. This paper state the point that we need more than development of economy and come up with the concept of industrialization of corn. The writer also analyze economic development of grain since 1978 including the period of reform and opening up. And give the view of construct the development system of corn industrialization ;have a research on the structure of corn industry, related industries ,industrial organization ,industrial policies. Jilin province should focus mainly on resources and geographical advantages in process of industrialization of corn. And develop growth pole and centralized industries. The authorities should consider economic environmental and social goals, the standardization corn market and provide financial support and make the law more fit for the market economy.
