The Current Situation, Problems And Suggestions For Utilizing Foreign Investment Of Jilin Province

China is best among the developing countries on attracting and utilizing foreign investment, and its progress of development is great even all over the world. However, Jilin Province, as one comparatively lagging behind province, still has a discrepancy on its economic development comparing to the developed areas in China, although Jilin Province has already a good development on attracting and utilizing foreign investment. And the discrepancy exists not only in quantity, but also in quality. Part of the reason for this discrepancy may impute the geographic factors; however, the most part ascribes the governmental factors. This article explains the problems within the process of attracting and utilizing foreign investment uses the experiences of other countries or provinces to analyze the common status of Jilin Province's foreign investment attracting and utilizing, brings forward the problems and some political suggestions and methods to solve them.
