Since 1992, South Korea and China established diplomatic relations , South Korea's trade and investment grew rapidly in China, after 2004, China became South Korea's largest exporter, and became overseas direct investment country .The South Korea enterprises characteristic summary which will invest to China is as follows. First, the main investment is manufacturing industry. Second, the amount of investment scale, the average investment for the project is a small scale. Third, in the form of investment, investment shares, more foreign investment preference owned enterprises. Fourthly, the investment concentrated mainly in areas around the Bohai Sea region.South Korea enterprises are now facing the investment environment in China is the Korea government's financial support and world support for a policy to encourage appreciation of the Renminbi, China's coastal labor costs continued to rise, to two revisions as the representative of the Chinese investment policy changes, after China joined the WTO on various tariff and non-tariff barriers such as the revocation. This article wants to take steps the research from tow angles thus to daw the conclusion .First, to Korean enterprises in Jilin Province plans to invest need to consider the factors and investment strategy recommendations. Secondly, from the standpoint of Jilin Province, for the recent rapid increase in the South Korean enterprises to invest in China's Jilin province led to provide recommendations. First South Korean enterprises to invest in China, plans generally need to consider the following issues. First, to reflect recent changes in China's investment environment carefully enterprises proper analysis and investment plan. Second, the full understanding and investigated Chinese in anticipation the economic policy and the industrial structure change,as well as after joined WTO the environmental variation and so on .Third, plans to set up a joint venture (cooperation), the enterprise must fully inspected partners in the capacity and credibility. Fourth, it is necessary to South Korea and the Chinese consumer market has fully understood. Fifth, take full advantage of the revitalization of old industrial bases in northeast China policy the government would give preferential policies to foreign-funded enterprises Sixth, in the recent acceleration of the state-owned enterprises in northeast China's reform and opening up in China. Seventh, when a simple increase in investment in industrial forms of labor-intensive industries, to a thorough evaluation and careful consideration of its costs and logistics of a conflict. Eighth, we must consider the state-owned enterprises employed a relatively large population of Jilin sense of the market economy.In addition, the introduction of South Korean enterprises in Jilin Province, Jilin Province is to provide strategic recommendations are as follows.
