Study On Financial Support For Promoting Rise Of Central China

Central China is economic center and important market of our country. It plays an important role in China's regional economic development. However, with the fast development of Eastern and the implementation of Western development strategy, Central China displays the economic collapsing tendency, the economic development of Central China has some problems both in growth speed and economic structure. The emergence of Rise of Central China strategy is need of the national regional coordinated development on the present situation. Finance system is blood of economy and core of the modern economic system. Therefore, this paper study contradictions and problems facing in economic development of Central China from the angle of finance, and explore the way of financial support for the rise of Central China. Firstly, Based on the related economic and financial theory, the article analyzes the mechanism and the theory basis of financial support for promoting the rise of Central China which is the foundation and frame of our research.Secondly, this paper analyzes the economic and financial development condition of Central China, reveals problems and characteristics of the economic and financial development of Central China. According to different factors of economic scale and structure, we compare the economic development condition among Eastern, Western and Central China comprehensively, found that the Central China's economy develop slowly and there are many hindrances to economic structure of Central China. At the same time, the financial development such as financial deepening and financial marketlization is studied detailedly. The financial weakening characteristic of Central China is revealed that financial development is lagged behind economic development and the financial support to economy is not enough.Next, the article makes demonstrational analysis to the relationship between financial development and economic development of Central China, analyzes the causal relation and inquires about the intrinsic reasons of the problems through standard econometric analysis method, which substantiates the practical basis of financial support for the rise of Central China.Finally, according to the result of demonstrational analysis, the paper puts forward the thinking thread and strategies of financial support to promoting the rise of Central China. On the one hand, we can improve the financial system of Central China through expanding financial scale, enhancing financial efficiency and optimizing financial ecological environment. On the other hand, taking the advantage and characteristic of Central China into account, we should strengthen the financial support to economic development with resolving of the three problems about countryside, agriculture and farmers, assisting establishment of multi-level growth pole, financing of small and medium-sized enterprises as the most important aspects.
