Research On Technology Property Exchange For Enterprise Open Innovation System

This dissertation is selected from the program "Research on enterprise open innovation and seamless trend of property exchange reform" which is supported by National Nature Science Foundation. The supervisor is in charge of this program, and the dissertation is the leading research result. Under the trend of capital globalization, enterprises become only one node in the whole technical and capital chain. The enterprise technology innovation strategy has already transferred from closed to open innovation and open innovation enterprise has become the typical feature for the times. It is necessary to create the open environment and mechanism from the national level, which can help the enterprises to mature and fulfill their strategetic goal. And the open environment is mainly reflected in enterprises open innovation system for property exchange in a microcosmic level. Technology property market plays the intermediate role that not only is fully related to the fulfillment of seamless exchange between open innovation enterprises and venture capitals, but also ensures enterprises' success in technology transfer and strategic alliance. Therefore it is very significant to research enterprises open innovation system for property exchange.This research explores the same pursuing attributes between venture capital and open innovation enterprises by building up the theory architecture and main body structure, including open innovation enterprises, venture capital, property market, and supporting system. It also discusses that venture capitals will become the "Generator" for open innovation enterprises and property market will also become the "Collecting and Distribution Center" for venture capitals. The maturity of national innovation system will be accomplished by the establishment of technology property exchange open marketplace system.The creative point of this dissertation lies in developing open innovation theories which is first introduced in 2003. Furthermore, it combines the theories with domestic property exchange practice. By optimizing resources mechanism, enterprise open innovation strategy is fulfilled, and national innovation system is improved.
