The thesis takes the technology-based SMEs as the study object, discusses its characteristics and establishes a credit risk evaluation system. The evaluation system has three tier evaluation indexes based on the former study. The index weight is identified by the entropy value technique and the AHP through the correlation analysis and the differentiation analysis to the simplification of primary election indexes volume. The thesis chooses the fuzzy evaluation methods and gray evaluation methods to evaluate the credit risk of the technology-based SMEs based on the credit evaluation models in existence and the technology-based SMEs in practice.
