High tech-SMEs play a very important role in our country's economic system, however,it is restricted for factories featuring with small scale, high risk, low local government policy support and low enterprise credit to develop in the process of financing.In this paper, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the financing credit risk of small and medium sized enterprises based on the example of XX mechanical and electrical enterprise, measured by the four aspects of enterprise quality, enterprise management ability, enterprise debt paying ability and enterprise survival ability. Finally, four financial statements of this company is used to verify and analysis the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The research results show that:using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is scientific, reasonable and accurate, which can avoid the complexity of scientific and technological small and medium sized enterprises using financial statements to measure the credit risk.In order to improve the small and mid-sized enterprise's financing credit default risk assessment of the relative accuracy and certainty, this paper uses dynamic particle swarm optimization (DPSO) algorithm to optimization modeling, and makes an empirical research with the help of MATLAB. The results show that DPSO algorithm model is more feasible than the model XPSO and FXPSO, and the evaluation efficiency and stability is better.Not only does the model have superiority over particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm in convergence and forecast accuracy, but also can avoid the disadvantage of partial optimization. |
