This paper attempts to use Marketing knowledge, the following areas discussed in Binzhou Netcom broadband marketing strategy. From Binzhou Netcom Broadband development environment, analyzing competitive environment, and this company's competitive advantages and shortcomings, through market segmentation to identify the target customer for the 35-year-old group of young owners, PS analysis using four principles for different groups, such as Campus customers, business customers and neighborhood customers to determine the different product strategy, the pricing strategy, channels building strategy, tied up marketing strategy, the publicity strategy, and other combinations of different marketing strategies and achieved remarkable results.
