We do analyse and revalue chinese IT products trade status this paper ,concluding the point that during the couse of getting great progress, there is a big problem named "2 factors lower and 3 factors higher". in chinese IT industy growing. Low products class, low added value, highly foreign demands needed, highly foreign investment depended, and high trade conflicts rate.We apply main factors method to analyse the competitive index of computer products, communciation products, IC products, concluding the real competition of different country or region in the world with world market taking over rate, NTB, RCA, TSC, net export amount.In order to get the competitive source of chinese IT industy, we choose some indexes (R&D,FDI,industy focus) from Michael Ports national competitive method theory. According to difficulty of the data gathering and index analying, we establishing quick estimate equatition mathemathis model based on with the chinese IT industry statics data from 1995-2005, and generating which factor play more importment role among those factors.We state south korea IT industy developing experience. Some good experience are involoving in south korea IT growning, government supporting and guiding IT progressing. setting up giant corporation, establish international famous brand, breaking into world market, training high classical human resource. These experience play very importing role in chinese IT industy expanding strategy and developing chinese IT products compeition.Based on the factors of infecting chinese IT products exporing competition, with the south korea IT industy expanding experience, we state some growing strategies, actualizing R&D strategy,establishing giant international group strategy,setting up international brand strategy,training high classical human resource.
