Study On Financial Restraint Of Rural Economic Uprising In Less-developed Areas

The development issue of financial is always a focus which has caused muchattentions from acdemia and governments since 1970s. Since China lauched reformand opening policy, The reform of rural economic system has provided an extensiveplatform for the reform and development of rural financial. However, the ruralfinancial development is always accomplied with the rural financial restraintbecoming seriously. Specially, in some less-developed rural areas, because of beinglack of financial resource needed by rural economic development, the economicdevelopment of this rural areas become slowly, even stop.So relieving financial restraint of less-developed areas and improving the use offinancial to economic become more and more important. This thesis talks about therelationship between financial and economic, which way and how the financialimprove the economic uprising; discoursing upon the forms of financial restraint inless-developed areas, the reason and the influence to rural economic; bingingforward the way of financial deepening which can be used to relief the rural financialrestraint. In the end, article shows some polices to boost the economic uprising.
