Integrated Performance Evaluation Of Reverse Logistics Business Of Third-party Enterprise Based On Circular Economy

Circular economy is the up-to-the-minute production of the research of the sustainable development. Now, this kind of mode, as a trend, has already been adopted by developed countries. As far as our economy development is concerned, it is the inevitable selection. Reverse logistics is the means driving circulation economic growth, and, reverse logistics business of third-party enterprise is the important carrier to realize reverse logistics. So, the integrated performance evaluation of reverse logistics business of third-party enterprise based on circular economy is important, it can direct the circular economy and improve the performance of the reverse logistics.This paper first analyzed the conception of circular economy and reverse logistics, and concluded both domestic and overseas dynamic of study and the applications. Then, the relation of reverse logistics and circulation economy, the third party enterprise of reverse logistics was introduced and analyzed the significance of the third party enterprise of reverse logistics.This paper established the third party enterprise of reverse logistics achievements appraisal target system, disassemble the integrated capability to technical strength, the transport capacity, the social efficiency, the circular ability, the cost and the service level six subsystems, the indexes describe the system's position through number, strength, change extend and so on.Finally, this paper take ROUGH SET synthesis appraisal algorithm as the tool, carried on the synthesis appraisal to the case, proposed the promotion which the third party enterprise of reverse logistics developed.
