A Study On Effect Of Foreign Direct Investment Of Xinjing On The Economic Growth

When the reform and open policy has been implemented since 1979, the foreign capital use has the important attribute to support the Chinese economy development. The foreign direct investment (FDI) becomes the fundamental mode of the foreign capital use. Many researchers pay great attention to influence of FDI for the Chinese economy gradually. So far, many researchers have discussed the influence of FDI for whole country or developed provinces, but the study of influence of FDI for XJ is small. Although absolute quantity of FDI of XJ is still small, the FDI inflow has the tendency which speeds up. Considered the future of FDI of XJ will follow XJ's economical development to display more tremendous influence for the XJ economy, the study of the relation between FDI of XJ and the XJ's economy, and the profession development to the XJ industry and influence to the area in the capital formation influence will grow with the XJ economy development and have the extremely important theatricals and the practical significance. This article divides into four parts, separately from the foreign direct investment of XJ, the influence of the foreign direct investment for the XJ's economy and the suggestion about attracting foreign direct investment of the XJ.This article get some findings: The economical growth and the foreign direct investment have the remarkable relevance, but mainly displays for the XJ economy grows to foreign direct investment drawing on; The foreign direct investment draw the economical short-term effect, and the long-term effect is more remarkable; The foreign direct investment promotes the XJ economic structure, the second industries primarily to guide three main industry development; The foreign direct investment concentrates on the manufacturing industry, the real estate industry, transportation storing industry ; the influence of foreign direct investment for trade structure is remarkable; The inhabitant deposit is most important capital source for the XJ's economy ; the"drawing in"and"drawing out"the effect of the foreign direct investment to the domestic capital has not been discovered obviously. This article finally proposed some reasonable introduction about attracting foreign direct investment: Strive for the central government giving more preferential policy support; advertisement, promote communication, making good use of policy; Improve the investment environment, expand foreign direct investment; Optimize industrial structure, homing foreign direct investment flow direction to the first and third industry; create the new pattern to attract FDI.
