For one century, very considerable attention has been paid to the research of Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR) in the western countries, especially since the eighties, CSR has became much more popular owing to social concerns.CSR has received more and more recognition from academy and business, business's concern focus on whether CSR has negative impact on corporate pursuing profit and whether business will find balance between them, so the empirical research on the relationship between CSR and corporate performance in China will provide the beneficial exploration.After studying the former theory, this paper summarized the CSR's development and some research results, such as the Carroll's CSR pyramid model, and from the introduction of the foreign CSR dispute, the CSR's essential and the CSR view this paper supported was put forward, which included economical responsibility, legal liability, ethics responsibility and charitable responsibility. Then, a summary about the CSR's object, our country's CSR research and the study of the relationship between our country's CSR and the performance was made. After that, the research started with the theory of the CSR and the performance relationship, in order to provide a better theory for the enterprise to fulfillment the CSR. The multi-dimension CSR target system was put forward after reading many documents and formed the preliminary questionnaires. In the processe of small and big sample investigation the questionnaires become more and more perfect, so can provide the guarantees for the next step real diagnosis.In the data analysis aspect, this paper analyzed the exploring factor using SPSS11.0 in the small sample and delete the untrue target, so formed the preliminary various factor's constitution. According to the analysis result, the questionnaires was perfected,and a big sample questionnaire survey was carried out and analyzed. The questionnaire target validity was improved by the analysis of all targets reliability using SPSS. Then, confirmation factor analysis was done using LISREL8.7, and the conformity of all factor models was confirmed and analyzed in detail. Based on that, the entire model structure was confirmed, and finally a conclusion came to that: the CSR was divided into six dimensions: staff, consumer, commercial partner, community, environment and shareholder, and all the dimensions are correlative; the CSR has positive influence on the corporate performance; the CSR was markedly different between different scale enterprises, so the results basically confirmed the theory hypothesis in this paper.Finally, the result of the analytic demonstration was discussed and analyzed. Simultaneously, according to our country's current economic condition, the paper proposed the advices of promoting CSR of our country.
