With economic globalization and promoting the industrialization of large-scale,busniess-to-world affected the sustainable development has become the focus of increasing concern. CSR is receiving increasing attention around the world and being accepted by more and more countries and business.It becomes the economic,management science,sociology and law to study subjects such a hot issue.A growing body of research also proves that the implementation of corporate social responsibility to bring about long-term development of far-reaching consequences.Enterprises need to take social responsibility.Enterprise exists in the community.External oversight and internal factors are also CSR requirements.Research on CSR to prove to the profits of enterprises related to the role of a positive,so in the pursuit of profit,CSR will be to assume, in addition to internal corporate culture is also an important factor in its obligation to the community since what kind of role,the study on how to improve CSR provides a useful exploration of consciousness.Based on the CSR research and development of the comprehensive study of the results,it points out that the essence and the concept of CSR, including financial responsibility,legal responsibility,ethical responsibility and charitable responsibility.It also studied the development of Corporate culture.On this basis,starting from the theory ,it studied the differences of CSR performance under the different variables and the relationship of conrorate culture and CSR,in order to improve the social responsibility of enterprises to provide theoretical support to fulfill.Data analysis: by reading a large number of research literature,the paper determined the index system of CSR and formed the initial questionnaire that be perfected by conducted of small sample survey to provide a guarantee of the empirical. Doing exploratory factor analysis by using of SPSS13.0,to delete the standara indicators do not match and to perfect the questionnaire to form the initial factor structure, verified the multi-dimensional indicators of CSR system for the next phase of evidence to provide a guarantee.The paper analyzed the reliability of the large sample by used the SPSS13.0 to confirm the validity of the quesionnaire,as well as corporate culture and CSR to carry out regression analysis,and ultimately come to the conclusion:CSR is made of six component dimensions,and this had to verify that the previous research on CSR division of indicators;CSR is on the impact of corporate culture.Businesser of varying sizes,in differernt stages of development of CSR in the performance of the existence of difference.Finally in the paper, the results of empirical were analyed and discussed.Combined with the actual situation in China,the paper proposed the establishment of CSR based on the corporate culture,to strengthen CSR consciousness.
