The key of multiple attributes decision-making (MADM) is to make the limited schemes with a number of attributes well selected or ordered. MADM, one of the most important parts of decision-making theory and modem decision-making science, has been successfully applied in many fields, such as: engineering designs, society, economy, management, military affairs and so on. However, with the development of economy, technology and society, MADM problems have been becoming more and more complex, and have been beyond the decision makers' own knowledge and experience. Therefore, studying more useful and effective multiple attribute decision-making methods is of great realistic significance.A few MADM methods were studied in this paper, including the following three aspects:1. The Standardization research on MADM matrix. Based on the thought of "reward the excellent and fine the inferior", standardization processing methods of the conversion function (1-a-x)/(1+a-x)(a>1) and the function 2/πarctanx were proposed respectively, and the influence of different exponential a on the result was also analyzed here. This kind of methods have been proved to be effective, and even can improve the stability and precision of the decision-making;2. The research on the method of MADM based on grey relation close degree. The relation degree was further studied in this paper, and a new method of MADM based on relation close degree was put forward. Then it has been applied to taxis the economic efficiency of several areas in our country, and the result showed that this method was not only simple, but also reasonable and reliable;3, The research on the method to solve dynamic MADM with interval numbers. A method to resolve the dynamic MADM with interval numbers based on the linear programming model was put forward in this paper. Based on themodel, the attribute weight vectors and the integrated values were computed in order to judge weather there was dominant alternative. Finally, the method was applied to a practical example——the integrate evaluation question of four corporation and the results showed that the method was rational, effective and even could extend the research field of MADM. In a word, the research on this method is of great significance and application value.
