A Study On Business Association In Clusters

As the reformation of economic system and government'sadministration system goes deepen, business association in clusters in ourcountry had emerged and developed in a large scale, especially in somedistricts as wenzhou where clusters developed very well, the developmentof business association has won the confirmation from central authoritiesto local government and government's administration to market runnerand, become the modle of the development of the business association inour country.This paper combines business association and cluster when doingresearch and, mainly analysises mutual promotion between businessassociation and clusters, based on the research of the reson of theemergence of business association and its base of function in the normalmarket ecnomics, the essay analysises the emergence machanism ofbusiness association in clusters and the promotion of the feature of clusterto the development of business association, then, the essay analysises thepromotion of business association'function to the development of clustersand gets the mutual promotion between business association and clusters, through analysis, we got that some features of clusters made ithas a strong demand to business association and, it also has somepromotion to the conditions which business association requires if it isgoing to paly its role. on the other hand, as business association'sadvantages in its funtion such as coordination, information andadiministration, it also has some promotion to the development of clustersin some extent.The paper also did a case study and comparism of businessassociation in wenzhou and shaoxing, analysysed the reson why businessassociation developes unbalnced in districts which has similardevelopment of cluster from the feature of progucts, the distribution ofclusters, the composition of enterprises and the culture of the twodistricts, at last, the paper made some suggestions against the problems ofthe development of business association in clusters such as the dislocationof function, the seriousness of administration, the inadequation oforgnization's development.
