Research On Rational Allocation Of Renewable Energy Such As Water Energy And Wind Energy In Jilin Province

The sustainable development of energy is an important component of national economic development. The energy structure, in which the clear and efficient energy is the key point, is the basis of sustainable development. The present energy structure does great harm to our domestic economy and environment, and it has become the key element that decides whether our total strategy of sustainable development could be carried out well. Whatever the future energy supply or the environment protection, it is necessary to rearrangement of energy structure so that increase the proportion of renewable energy to assure the sustainable development of energy. The experience of developed countries told us that it is the best channel to increase the utilization of renewable energy and make use of various of renewable energy for changing the energy structure which mainly burns coal.All the usable renewable resources, more or less, they change with times. Some of them can not be used continuously within 24 hours, and some can not supply with the requisite resources steadily in a quarter or a year. However, different kinds of renewable resources, their time usage changes are not the same. Consequently, to consider comprehensibly of the exploitable time and the regional differences of these resources can make many energy to be complementary utilize, and increase the utilization of renewable energy so that they can satisfy the continuous demands of people's life and production. By studying the time and position distribution features of renewable energy and then make use of them, it will associate various of renewable energy with one another organically and build up a multifunctional, economic and efficient energy supply system. In addition, if it is operated by scientific management and controlled methods, it will get the max comprehensive efficiency.This paper takes two kinds of renewable energy- water energy and wind energy in Jilin province as an example, from the view point of sustainable development, studies the seasonal and regional complementary utilization and rational allocation of these two kinds of renewable energy. Meanwhile, it discusses the economic, ecological and social effectiveness of these two kinds of energy.The study shows that the wind energy and the water energy resource inosculates and has the advantages that can complementary utilization in Jilin province. This paper configures wind power installed capacity to substitute the small hydropower according to the 1:1 of Jilin province, and then analyzes the integrated benefit. After analysis it has quite considerable that the income adds 0.481692 billion RMB per year of the economy benefit; It let reduced CO₂136654.5t and dust 1876.8t, SO₂ 3284.4t, NO_x1876.8t, ash and residue 49324.65t etc. by wind power added each year at the aspect of environment benefit; And it not only can enhance the chance of taking up an occupation to bring along the regional economy development, but also advance cognition about clean energy and clean production and improve the consciousness of environment protection at the aspect of social benefit.
