The problem of agriculture countryside and peasant is an important question in current Chinese society, so to achieve the society of stability, economy of development that no other than good solution the problem of agriculture countryside and peasant. Moreover, the Chinese rural enterprise root in the agriculture countryside and peasant, and it is a key element that solving the problem of agriculture countryside and peasant. Consequently, it is important that giving attention to sustainable development of the Chinese rural enterprise.This paper through review of the course about the China's rural enterprise development, has carried on thoroughly the analysis and the research by taking into consideration several important stage of developing process, and combines with literature material of research about the rural enterprise, which displays in the different development stage as well as the main question and the reason of affect development about the rural enterprise. Above this foundation, attempts to discover restricts the main difficult position under the new situation which the rural enterprise continues to develop, and seeks effective actions to solve these difficult positions.Through the research discovery, under the new situation the China's rural enterprise continues the difficult position that develops mainly to concentrate in following several aspects:(1) Enterprise system predicament.
