Along with the reform of financial industrial system and the speeding up of opening up to the outside world, there has been a huge impact to the state-owned commercial bank from many of the domestic multitudinous joint stock system commercial banks and the foreign capital banks for their high-quality-service and the nimble management. In order to maintain the superiority in the intense trade competition with the craft brother, the state-owned commercial bank must clearly recognize the present competition environment, carry on the analysis of it and discern it own superiority and inferiority.This thesis synthetically utilized the academic thought of the strategic management marketing management, Unified the Nanjing agricultural bank's development situation, uses the baud model, evaluation of key factor and analyzes the outside macroscopic environment which the Nanjing agricultural bank will be confronted with in its development and the status of its development the competition, and puts forward the investigation of countermeasure through the analysis of the condition of the Nanjing agricultural bank and nailing down its superiority and the inferiority, the opportunity and the threat in the competition.Then we draw up the marketing strategy of Nanjing agricultural bank,and formulated corresponding marketing tactics to achieve the aiming.By means of sduding the marketing strategy of Nanjing agricultural bank,this thesis has actual direct meaning ,which provided strong foundation for the strategy of Nanjing agricultural bank,and also supplied reference for other banks in Nanjing.
