Research On Performance Of Rural Credit Cooperative In Zhejiang Province

This essay analyzes the incentive under rural credit cooperative reform based on the context of rural credit cooperative reform in Zhejiang province.Then, this essay selects eight rural credit cooperatives as samples from the document of rural credit cooperative reform in Zhejiang province to assess the achievements which has accomplished in the rural credit cooperative reform in recent years, in terms of corporate governance, rural business and performance. The main content is as follows:At first this essay reviews the history of the rural credit cooperative development. The second part is the background analysis of rural credit cooperative reform. It makes a main analysis about logical and practical contradiction of the corporate governance, and puts forward the theoretical foundation from the viewpoint of institutional economy for rural credit cooperative reform.The last part assesses the performance of rural credit cooperative in Zhejiang province, and assessment parts divides theoretical assessment and empirical assessment. This essay selects eight rural credit cooperatives in Hangzhou municipality as samples to appraises the reform accomplishment in terms of corporate governance, performance and rural business. In the empirical part, this essay uses models to analyze the efficiency of rural credit cooperative capital allocation between town enterprises and rural business. The result indicates that this reform is of great significance for perfection of rural credit cooperative governance.
