Research On Corporate Governance Reform Of Rural Credit Cooperatives In Shaanxi Province

China's rural credit cooperatives have gone through ten years' reform and development,gradually to be a indispensible financial system for rural development,which plays an important role to promote the growth of rural economy.In the new stage of development,how to improve the rural credit cooperatives further,improve the overall competitiveness,grasp new challenge and take the track of benign development are an important subject.On the basis of analyzing the present situation of current rural credit cooperatives,it is unrealistic to take the internal government and can not to realize the full effective management of the rural credit cooperatives.During the reform and development of rural credit cooperatives,government ought to get involved strongly.Therefore,this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from two aspects:internal and external.This paper consists of six parts,the main contents as follows.The first part firstly introducing the research background,and based on the purposes and significance of this study,showing the development overview of rural credit cooperatives at home and abroad,then introducing the research content and method,and finally analyzing briefly the possible innovation and deficiency.The second part is about the corporate governance,governance structure and governance mechanism of rural credit cooperatives,secondly it explain briefly cooperative finance theory,property rights theory,principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,finally compared with the general commercial bank about the characteristics of the rural credit cooperatives governance.The third part,the main course,the existence of governance and development problems of rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi Province are analyzed and investigated.Besides,it explores the actual situation of governance reform of rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi Province,introducing the current situation of rural credit cooperatives governance structure,the governance reform problems of rural credit cooperatives.With the development of economy globalization,Great changes have taken place in rural economic environment,the form of stock is increasing.But in terms of current development of rural credit cooperatives,cooperative system is facing great challenges.The rural credit cooperatives facing many challenges of internal governance,it is necessary to strengthen and perfect the corporate governance.The fourth part,based on the actual case of rural credit cooperatives company,thinks about the past problems,and puts forward the possible path of the future reform of rural credit cooperatives in Shaanxi ProvinceThe fifth part,combined with the first four parts,further deepens the reform of rural credit cooperatives corporate,putting forward governance policy and recommendationsThe sixth part is the conclusion of the thesis,aiming at summarizing the basic contents and views of this study.In order to accelerate the development of corporate governance of rural credit cooperatives,this part also discusses the relevant issues,and points out the research direction in the future.
