An Analysis On Independent Innovation System Of Tobacco Industry In China

The latest progress of innovation research has proved that research has already deeply touched the level of industry. Along with the advance of technologies and economic development,people share the consensus that the main dependence-strength of economic development has changed from the resources to the innovative competence, and the final international competitiveness of a certain country lies in its industrial innovative competence. Tobacco industry lies the important status in national economy, and its total tax is NO. 1 for ten years running, but because of its unsustainable development and lack of competition, in the face of the ever-fiercer international competitiveness, tobacco industry in China needs increase its competitive by independent innovation. Under the theories of industry economics and Management and industry innovation system, this paper analizes current tobacco industry in China and the need to construction Independent Innovation System of Tobacco Industry in China with the help of comparative method, positive method and combination of qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis, and construct Independent Innovation System of Tobacco Industry in subject element ,functional element and environmental element. And discover there are many obstacles on the lack of development of the new product, the low state of new technological, the lack of fund and talented people on scientific research. Base on the conclusions above, this paper suggest the constructional methods on Independent Innovation System of Tobacco Industry in China.
